The office is small. The work is global.

On any given day I might be coordinating with the secretariat for the International Panel on Inequality, placing an opinion piece in a top-tier international publication, sitting at the conference table with the UN Secretary-General, or advising on an event at the Vatican. I coordinate with the offices of presidents of countries. The next hour might bring a media strategy discussion, a graduate student interview, or fielding one of the dozens of media requests that come in each month, evaluating each one for strategic value and audience fit.

What the job demands and what I bring are deep fluency in policy and economics, trusted relationships across media, universities, publishers, governments, and heads of state, and the judgment to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
